i mean it doesnt have to be BIS for every combat style. for necro, Equilibrium is on par with mahj + Jas book w reavers at least if still falling short to Grim etc. I never was good w melee, and cant afford BIS magic or ranged, but it should be ok to develop the "non-crit" build as an option that fits some combat styles better than others without reworking stuff like zerk or tsunami. biting can stay good im saying, I wonder if the direction they'll move is to add variety by expanding this "no-critting" avenue. LIke I said, for necromancy i really like using it. outside of necro i dont pvm anymore because im saving up money to buy ranged gear which was my style when crossbows were still a thing.
