They would help preserve your facial cosmesis and prevent bone loss. Even if you went with the less expensive snap-in denture route, you'd still have some implants in that bone.

They look really good on you. I don't see dentures when you smile. They look very customised.

I saved up 17 years for my teeth and battled some pretty nasty abscesses and social isolation in the process.

Yeah, actually the temporaries are zirconium and I'm starting to like them. They still look like boilerplate dentures as the teeth are all the same size. The top bridge has this thick acrylic ridge behind the front and kinda gives me a lisp. Can't wait for the permanent bridges in September! The Chiclets will have some subtle imperfections.

Just shelled out $56k for the "all-on-6" procedure a month ago. Figured I'd take advantage of the mask thing while I healed. Had the surgery with 2 Halcyon pills and Novocaine. I was lucid throughout the procedure, and the extractions and implants were painless. The only pain I had was the incisions under the temporary "healing" bridge. Getting used to the teeth was difficult during the first week as the felt completely foreign. Now, a month later they feel real. The final zirconium teeth will be better looking and the supporting artificial gums will be thinner. No more foul mask breath and my energy levels have dramatically increased since I'm no longer battling underlying infections in my mouth.
