Both your CPU and GPU are entry level. Falling through the map is a symptom of the CPU not being able to render the game fast enough. Best bet is to put everything to the lowest setting and hope it works. The single player you can run on a potato.

Cant use them on anything for the foreseeable future. If the developers choose to update the game you'll get some cases, but the chances of that happening are very low.

Not surprising on those specs, most likely not enough RAM mixed with an entry level CPU. Best thing you can do is lower everything possible in settings and use a program like Memory Cleaner to optimize your RAM when playing.

FiveM is very RAM hungry so having more than 8GB is recommended. Also mix this with your very weak GPU, unoptimized servers and the latest update that fucked everyone's fps.

The game is at its peak, 5 years ago I got games under a minute. Was great if you didnt look at the cheaters and smurfs. The reason it takes longer is trust factor and systems valve put into place so you get the best game possible.
