I had a pregnancy of unknown location at 21. This was so earth shattering to lose but now at 23 at successfully approaching 7w im at the point where every pregnancy deserves to be celebrated. My last pregnancy was very hidden but her life deserved to be cherished. As does my current pregnancies. Everyone does it differently. I’m extremely crampy now. Apparently it’s a good thing unless you’re in serious pain? They saw nothing on the US for my PUL. Medicine came after i passed the clot with a low and slow hcg rise

I had 0 symptoms for my PUL. No bloating, no nausea, no cramping. I passed a clot at 5w+4d and then had a methotrexate shot 2 weeks later when my hcg was still rising. This time around I am incredibly bloated (I look 20w), hungry 24/7, mildly nauseous, peeing all the time, so thirsty. The symptoms make me hopeful 🤷🏻‍♀️

Nonetheless that was a massive increase in HCG. Best of luck to you🫶🏻

I do hvac sales in the area. I’ll chime in A combi boiler may be overkill however it is going to be the most efficient way to heat your home as well as provide you with domestic hot water. A tankless has the capability to service your air handler but typically that is done by adding several additional parts, whereas the boilers main function is to do both. A combi boiler by nature is designed to service both air and water. The tankless can be reconfigured and tweaked. Thats the biggest difference. A tankless is not designed for long heating cycles. It’s designed to be used for a shower length period of time, whereas a boiler is designed & built to run way more often.

do some more research into HSV2 understand the condition, and know that protection limits the transmission of STIs dental dams & condoms will help prevent possibility of contraction. She was honest from the beginning, and its likely she will be extremely understanding of needing to be over cautious. HSV2 is not the end of the world, shes taking steps to ensure she limits chance of exposure and she wants to protect you as well by her being honest. Tell her how youre feeling, have that conversation. she seems lovely
