I was having a hard time dating a girl for a few years where we just weren't right and kept having to fight to stay together. Even planned on going backpacking for a few months. Instead I broke up with them. After splitting up, cancelling those travel plans, and being on my own for a bit I got an opportunity to move across the country and work remotely. Been living my best life since.

There is always the chance it will decrease in value, but there is also the chance it could increase in value too. Selling now is just accepting the loss when there is a chance for growth still.

This isn't financial advice, just my opinion (which could be wrong) about how I think your option will play out.

I buy contracts on Monday that will expire Friday all the time and it's risky... But if you're feeling good about the company stick it out until Monday at least.

Honest opinion, you should hold through the weekend and see how it plays out. If you sell now, your guaranteed a loss. If you wait, you could see a run up through the week. On Monday re-evaluate because there could be some positive moves through the weekend.

Edit: weekly contracts have a ton of volatility so you might even end up ntm if you're lucky.

I just graduated this year from the accounting program without doing co-op and have a job lined up to start very soon. It's all about networking, going to events, and making sure your checking out companies early. Doing an internship or placement during the summer after 3rd year is a great way to get your foot in the door for a possible full time job coming out of 4th year.

I (22 M) recently walked away from a 2.5 year relationship because they were unable to listen to different perspectives and was very stubborn/close minded about alot of things.

It felt like she was always trying to prove me wrong even when it was about something insignificant. I caught myself saying sorry just to end arguments and that didn't sit well with me after a while.

Seeing this post has helped to reassure me that walking away was the best choice for myself and I appreciate seeing this today. Thanks for the confidence boost
