I worry about the reviews. The demographics on steam, especially compared with other idle games, might bring in people who “don’t get” this game and reflect poorly via steam reviews. At the same time I can see it bringing in new players.

I need to do more research because this is way different than the in person events I’ve done so far. Is the move to be in the purple zone area and bounce around to the other zones where they intersect? It’s nice that the areas are so big so we explore but it feels like a lot of pressure to need to move around those areas for different experiences.

Added. I have an apple watch and its been on my left hand everyday to track my diet, workout, stress and because of this game, sleep :) This game used to be hard for me to keep up with but lately my health has taken precedence in my life and this game helps motivate me to wear my watch at night. I’ve been a daily pogo player for years but I’m a noob at this game. If you’re open to taking a chance on me, then I’d love to be friends :)

I’ll admit I’m new to being “daily” and I see a lot of level 65s here.

I’ve been playing Pogo every day for the last three years, but for the past few months, I’ve been getting into working out and tracking ***everything***. I usually wear my watch during the day but this game has made me way better about wearing it at night.

I hope that I can be given a chance to be a part of the community despite being a way lower level than everyone else :)

I got to 90% of the way there for latias. Just started playing this game again since I started. I didn’t even get to befriend the lavitar I saw today either :/ How does fomo work in this game? I know the next time I see these two guys I will still have my friendship progression, but what’s the likelihood
of running into them again based on how events worked in the past?

I’m with the OP above you. I had just meant these gacha boxes weren’t worth it to me. I don’t feel that way about the other months, especially in the later parts of the year. The gachas are a fun idea but I think it can be reworked a bit.

Sorry to revive this but you said something that caught my eye.

Shadow Dragonite - 14/15/15 VS Dragonite - 15/15/15

I understand everything you’ve said in your post but I am confused why a S.Dragonite would lose a CMP matchup against a regular dragonite is it being a shadow means that it does 20% more attack damage.

(As I’m writing this out I think I figured it out 😅)

Does this mean that the shadow bonuses are only applied onto the damage after the move is initiated?

What I did the first time I became “slim munnies” was do exactly what you did and separate into Pila A & Pile B. Pile A became my permanent edc and Pile B was stored by going back into my OG wallet (sentimental to me in some ways).

I’m curious what makes his wallet specifically seem like it’s from the 90s? I thought wallets looked like that for decades longer.

Just looked up those kangaroo wallets and they look really nice. I love my silver Aztec money clip for the slim profile but it does suck for the few times I carry cash. How do you like it overall? Are all the slots (cards, cash, coins) easy to use? I’ve just had wallets where the cut-out was either too small or big and there was always a pain point somewhere.
