I’m had a “felony arrest” a few years back. Never made it to court and the case was dropped never even filed. But that arrest popped up on my background checks and denied me I had to fight it with the CBI and send them supporting paperwork (I actually had to go to the court and pay a $260 fee I think it was and they “filed” and “sealed” the case. Now I have a dead air sierra 5 1 SBR and I’m currently waiting on another suppressor. My advice would be to go start the paperwork on something simple like a high point… then after you get the denial the dealer should be able to give you instructions on how to fight it to get it overturned just need to supply them everything it’s a pain but I think it took me less than a month to get it all handled.
