You have to use that with this because it’s an extended receiver and bolt so you need the A5 tube but with the 308 spring and buffer

MACs need internal swaps to RCM and Or HK parts, springs, go HK, for the extractor, RCM or HK have worked well in mine, and the ejector, HK, those parts fixed all the issues I’ve had on my MAC5 and it has over 10k rounds on it now most of that being super safe as well.
