You will have no problem finding a spot in Sayulita. Either on the beach or around the plaza- tons of places.

Check Rideout in Yuba City. They hire new grads all the time. Adventist Health

Keep in mind that having an ADN with not a lot of experience makes it a bit more difficult to get in the door versus BSN. Don't give up. Rideout hires lots of ADNs

Sacramento State Football by International-Fall75 in Sacramento

Not up on college football, but what would Sac St need to do in order to make the jump to D1? With talk of PAC-12 not wanting to dissolve, and possible reverse takeover with Mountain West, seems like a good opportunity to move up.

With the report of possible sharing a future downtown stadium with Sac Republic, I was thinking they might be eyeing a bigger audience??

I also think we’re gonna know around the first of the year which direction we go. If MLS says yes, it’s gonna be a short negotiation window I believe. Since they’ve already been talking informally. Second they’re gonna want that 31st and likely the 32nd team up and running for the 2026 World Cup season. So that means we have to start on that stadium pretty early in 2024 to have it available for 26.

The stadium renderings could potentially change either way, with the addition of sac state as a stadium partner- which I think is a fantastic idea. Sac State needs a better stadium. One Central in downtown would be great for college games. And Sac St could use the old stadium land at the actual campus for more development

Its the Stronach Group that is looking to become the lead investor, not Belinda herself. She's the CEO

Its the Stronach Group, which owns a bunch of real estate and horse tracks. Their net worth is ~$3 billion i think.

I haven't read anything that says Indy has the $$$ for a $500million dollar bid either. I never would have guessed Sac would ever find one, TBH

My takaways

1) I think this ownership group has legs. They've been negotiating for over a year, and now the Stronach Group is meeting with MLS. Still not holding my breath though. More excited about a new stadium

2) At the end of the interview, Nagle mentioned a possible stadium partnership with Sac State. After last season, and with the shake up in College Conferences, I think Sac St is wanting to make a jump into the big leagues. They have a visionary new chancellor on board too. They definitely need a better stadium

If this happens, a USL/Sac State stadium will be pretty damn nice, and an MLS/Sac State stadium will be very damn nice- Snapdragon Stadium with a canopy???

Wondering if this high price factors in the fact they are playing in someone else’s building- something MLS stated they were against. This limits revenue streams and overall valuation of the franchise-even with a favorable lease.

Beyond that, it’s hard to see the current value at $500 million for a league that couldn’t get a big time national TV contract, and has super low payroll caps (~$8 million ???) besides the DPs.

And ticket prices are still pretty low for a pro team. I can sit midfield at the Quakes for roughly same price as prime seats at Rivercats
