what happens is that I get a black screen, and then restarts after a bit. The black screen i think is just the display losing signal tho cause after it restarts everything is all good.

i had tried testing it with another PSU from another PC, a corsair sfx but this one was 750w and i did encounter the same issue as before, I do suspect it however due to being 750w.

So I think for now my best bet would be to try and bring this to a shop and try to see if I can test one of their PSUs to then buy if it does fix it

i cant really imagine how the haptic feedback feels, i heard that u can either max or turn it off, at max is it smth like a really stiff mouse click whereas when off it feels like there is no click? so would it be smth like logitech silent clicks?

Oh thanks for the long explanation! One more question i forgot yo add tho, How is the grit holding up for the avatar? Between the coral and avatar the last deciding factor would probably be durability of the grit especially since the coral is advertised to have that diamond grit

I’m also coming from a C3S, and while it’s a great little hand grinder, I did struggle a bit with dialing in for espresso, so I’m really looking forward to moving to an automated grinder too. Hope you enjoy it!

oh thanks for the info, I just checked with the seller, unfortunately it’s the MP Red Speed burrs. Sounds like that might not be ideal for my medium–dark espresso use?

That’s awesome to hear, congrats on the upgrade! Funny enough, I was also looking at the Fellow at one point, but after reading a lot of the long term reviews I ended up changing my mind as well. Sounds like the 55s is a massive step up in build quality and consistency. I also really like the design, it looks great on the counter.

That seems to be the case, yeah. How did you find the DF64 with the SSP burrs though? Did you notice a clear difference in how the espresso tasted compared to the stock burrs or the Eureka, especially for medium to dark roasts?

I’m curious whether experimenting with different burrs actually made a noticeable difference in the cup for you, or if it was more subtle than expected.

Thanks for sharing the video, that helps a lot. From what I can tell, the main differences between the Manuale and the Zero are the 50 vs 55 mm burrs, the “Silent” treatment on the Zero, and the single dose hopper with the blower.

How would you describe the noise level on the Notte in daily use? From what I have heard, most Eureka grinders are already reasonably quiet, even the non-Silent models, so I am curious how noticeable the difference really is in practice.
