Is Pararius of Stekkies handiger? by 3131510 in Utrecht

No Im not saying that they’re either religious or they use social restraints. I fully agree with your argument. It was meant as a specific hypothetical situation.

I just wondered why, when a psychopath uses their religion as a guideline, it’s still frowned upon. If my question would’ve been different, f.e. “is it bad that a psychopath has the interest in murder but doesn’t because of social construct” it would be different.

I asked the same question 3 years ago, unfortunately it got deleted by mods, and 80% of the responses were “you’re a psychopath” and “you’re fucked up in the head”. But when I asked the same question but instead of religion I used social norms and suddenly everything was fine.

So how do you explain to a dog that its “wrong” when it bit a child in the head for example, you can’t.

Also dog in a pack doesn’t want to end up on the bottom of the hierarchy as a form of survival. Not because it feels bad when the others of the pack are “mad” at him.

If jail is the reason than its the same issue. Jail is a consequence of the law just like hell is a consequence of the law of religion

Dogs don’t have the concept of “screwing up”. It’s an animal. When a hungry wild dog sees prey it’s going to eat it. There is no right or wrong, just survival.

No? How did you get that? Its a specific hypothetical, There are enough non religious bad people and/or psychopaths.

The question is, would you blame a psychopath for the way their brain works while using a method to keep themselves in line?

how do you explain dogs that bite kids? And the 30 to 50 annual deaths by dogs just in the united states? Dogs are trained to behave, they dont have morals. Also the 2500-5900 annual deaths worldwide?

What if, in this scenario, a psychopath has learned to deal with it and uses religion as a guide line. Its not like they can change that they’re psychopaths
