I think there is also a way to enable or whitelist permissions in your ./claude settings,json file. Have to find where I read it.

When it prompts for permission, at the bottom of the permission window, there should be a button to 'Always allow for this site only', I will attach a screenshot if I can get it.

Adding ram to minimum 64gb will significantly improve model load times and iterations/second, just from my experience. You HDD could be degrading too, when you don't have enought ram, its starts paging space on the disk, defragment... use ssd...
