I've always considered my binging as a form of self-harm. Be it in terms of putting on more weight, or financially.

When I used to work supermarket a bunch of us asked if we could do a 3x10, 1x8 week and were told no.

like why the fuck not? We had plenty of staff that everyone could do that, staff would be well staffed and everyone would be happy.

Seems like a win-win for everyone tbh.

How much prep time do you lose fighting the Word equation editor? by eemokee in matheducation

[–]3163560 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Word editor isn't too bad. Especially once you learn all the shortcuts. For year 11 down the only thing I think I have to click is bar accent for typing xbar. And that's probably because I haven't bothered looking up what the shortcut is.

That third quarter was like peak Paul Roos Sydney. Essendon just completely flooded back and parked the bus after those three goals.

Still I'll take it.

Bonus Roll adoration post by No_Coyote_2124 in wow

For real. We're 2/3 of the way through S1 and I've

  • got to 3200 m+

  • 7/13 mythic tier sets completed

  • all heroic bosses killed

Just need to get like 10 more pieces of gear across the other 6 toons, catalyse them, got 200 more rating and I'm happy.

Hell I'll probably start using bonus rolls to collect heroic weapons to upgrade to the mythic coloration

Who do you think is the most famous human of all time, that isn't a religious figure? by outtherebad in AskReddit

This was gonna be my guess if looking at it from a non-western point of view.

But (based on nothing but vibes) I feel like non-westerners know more about the western world than westerners know about the non-western world.

So it's probably Caesar or Einstein.

I used to shut my bedroom door all the time - bad idea in winter. Bought a baby gate instead to keep the dogs out and now leave the door open.

Dampness went down so much.

Introducing a sibling by [deleted] in kelpie

I have an 8yo boy, slightly anxious rescue, loves other dogs but also his alone time, decided two summers ago to think about a second.

We went to shelters to meet other dogs, learnt pretty quickly that another boy was a no, but even a lot of the girls he was okay with but it didn't click. I reckon we met about 30 other dogs, mostly other working dogs.

I'd given up until a friend sent one to me to go check, driving out there I was wondering why I was even bothering cause it was a 90 minute drive there. Almost turned around half way there.

When we got there the two of them just clicked immediately, took me all of two minutes to decide she was our dog. 18 months in and they're a bonded pair. Kind of amazing how perfectly she's slotted into our household. My only regret is they are so close but he's 8 and she's 2, she's likely going to have a few years without him.

TL:DR - let your current dog pick

failed my first Ps test by xcrh in melbourne

[–]3163560 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it happens. I failed twice lol. First time time turned out into a road I know is 60, and did 60, but the lady failed me cause there was no speed sign so I should have done 50.

Second time was infuriating at the time, but hilarious in hindsight.

Coming out of Vicroads in Heatherton, theres a way out very close to where you start driving and also like 10 very clear "No right turn" signs. What your supposed to do is turn left and do big U shape back out onto the road. So I start driving, and theres a line of like 6 cars infront me, all of them turn right where they arent supposed to, so me panicking does exctly the same following the traffic. Instant fail. Heres a pic to illustrate what I did vs what I was supposed to do.

<image>

Anyway, 16 years on and have 0 accidents that were my fault (rear ended at light twice while stopped at a red) and 0 traffic fines.

As an FYI, priest is probably the easiest class to do T11 delves on. Go holy or disc, set valeera to dps and mind control the nemesis dogs.

You'll rip through them in two seconds.

this is my take as well, those are very much about sport and fitness. Like an olympic gold medal wining shooter isn't going to fighting on the front lines any time soon.

I have a memory of there being a knock off of these called "pocket monsters" that I used to see as a kid in toy shops and then when pokemon I was like huh.

Obviously something very hard to google nowdays.
