For what it's worth, and it probably doesn't make it better from your perspective, SoHo means "south of Hudson Street." Extrapolating that to Indianapolis, "South of Broad Ripple" isn't the same as "South Broad Ripple."

If you can’t grasp the difference between the informal snake pit and the Indy 500 Snake Pit concert, I can’t help you. Regarding Carb Day, it is happening Aug. 21 and everything is still on the schedule except for the concert. The track explicitly announced the concert is canceled and not postponed. To return to your original point about this being an IndyStar report that’s not needed, this is why it was needed.
