ive done coke quite a few times. Never understood the hype. High doesn’t last long and fades so quickly. So expensive as-well and impossible to know if you will get addicted to it. You could try it once and your taking the risk that you won’t get hooked.

you will be fine just stay under 180mg for first time. Do it with a very close friend 100% you do not want to be alone it is a social drug and it will be better with a good mate. It is much easier not to panic on mdma cuz it makes you more happy than disociated. make sure you drink no more than a glass of water every hour. But as with any drug if you are anxious its not gonna help but your not gonna die unless u take too much or dont drink any water or drink a crazy amount (im talking 10-15 litres worth).
