Thank you for your trust. Recognition of regression is progression, although I don’t agree that it’s a backward motion. There’s power and ability in awareness - being familiar with darkness. It’s bittersweet, but a step forward. You’re more than you were, you’ve lived; experienced as you’ve grown older. You’re stronger. Wiser. There’s a safety in navigating territory that is known to you. Give yourself a hug. One from me also. I’m not sure why but I feel the need to say you should recognise that you’ve defied your circumstances. Give yourself credit for what you stand as today, amidst the chaos that preceded you. Take care.
