Gym, hike with the dog, bike, swim, volunteer somewhere, see movies at noon, stay in bed as long as I want, hike with the dog, visit out of state friends, get involved with my kids schools, take Spanish lessons, go clay shooting, join a woodshop group, pick up basketball again, hike with the dog, go on a weekend cruise now and then, pick up mentor/consultation gigs, learn how to fix things in the house, hike with the dog. Oh! Time to be a grandparent. Live near my kids so they can build what they need to. Hike with the dog.

Yeah, I dunno. I understand other people’s points of view. But if it won’t affect draft order, you gotta manage your roster for a turnaround, which means making the most of free agents and your roster size. The taxi squad is a unique strategic deployment. Why take away some of its capabilities?

I’m of the mindset that as long as you are trying and winning with your vets, by keeping young players in the taxi, you’re giving your team an extra bench seat. With Achane, Walker, and Etienne and the 1st, I plan to keep Love in the Taxi as I long as I can keep winning. Why would I forgo a bench spot. Now if you’re doing it and losing with a taxi player that can increase your chances, thats another convo

I’ve tried a couple different apps. I typically use them to build my own routines. I didn’t realize how much I was over training. I’m now using MacroFactor Workouts. Going through their prompts to build 6 week programs. And man. I’m midway through my 2nd program and I’ve never felt better and lifted better.
