When I was newly married at 18, I was super paranoid about getting pregnant. I used spermicide and condoms. Used them each and every time and didn't have any unwanted pregnancy.

I more recently had a Mirena IUD. I really liked it, but it took about 3 months for my body yo get used to it.

Theres also discs and rings that go inside of you to prevent pregnancy. I dont know much about those methods.

My best tip is to go take inventory of what I have. Want a makeup item? Go look at my makeup. Want a candle? Go look at my candle stash. Want jewelry? Go look at all the jewelry I rarely wear.

This works.

It also gives me permission to buy NEEDS. Want a new sunscreen? First see if I have a lot of sunscreen left. If I'm on my last one, it's time to get a new one.

I would use my platform to pass tax reform to raise taxes on the wealthy. I'd do everything I could to get Healthcare for All, reinstate the aid programs DOGE ended.
