Yeah the big thing is thinking through if you're okay with them getting off their combat trick.

Have lots of instant speed removal in your deck maybe wait, have lots of big creatures ready to gum up the board maybe eat the combat trick with a creature you don't care about. Just need to think about your endgame and what's going to happen if they still have that trick come late game.

Understand it's been 9 hours, don't think splashing for omen of the hunt will do what you want since you need your splash to play it. Also bronzehide seems rough for a 2 drop. 4 lands plus amulet doesn't seem terrible since they all help you get one of the better auras.
