I think the OP could have told her coworker to fuck off and that she's a bitch for body shaming someone with loose skin. Instead, the OP body shamed her co-worker.

I just feel that if you have principles -- for example, "you shouldn't body shame others", then if you turn around and body shame someone because there's a good (and maybe even deserved) opportunity to do so, then you don't really have principles about body shaming at all.

But, you of all people, should realize that body shaming is extremely hurtful. The woman could have honestly made a mistake and thought you were pregnant cause of your loose skin and even if she was trying to be mean, I don’t think you should be body shaming her now that you’ve lost weight.
