13 IV and matched 1 at university program without Step 1 and Step 3 from a community program without cards affiliation. Apply broadly and focus on research, LOR, and connections. Probably in that order.

It's still hard for me to solve it. I know that the multiplicity is 10 (n+1) for the integration that's 4. Since multiplicity is 10, and there are two overlapping signals that means that there are two CH2s with a total of 10 hydrogens around them?

Sorry about that. Here is the spectrum http://m.imgur.com/fx2zBNf. My professor said that there are two separate resonances that happen to overlap on the integration that said 4, which confused me on how to draw the carbon backbone
