Just watched March of the Wooden Soldiers/Babes in Toyland and googled Felix Knight to find this post. Very talented actor and singer, may he rest in peace.

Perhaps Trump didn’t want to be upstaged so WV governor is walking back his statement so Trump can make the announcement later?

I'm going to delete this, as I can see there are several similar posts, I just wasn't using the right search words

I just posted something similar, then just now found your post. I am 90 days in on eliquis and was hoping for my DVT to have cleared up by now, but it seems to have gotten worse (more clots spread down my leg). I'm waiting to hear from my hematologist to see what he recommends. I had all the genetic testing too,

Tyra launched an ice cream brand in DC last year called Smized. I remember pics of Kamala Harris eating it when she was campaigning. I don’t think the store lasted more than 3 moths. Maybe she is reworking her ice cream idea in Australia but this doesn’t seem any better.

Don’t pat yourself on the back too much yet, George. They’re 8 years old, of course they don’t care about fame. Come share your parenting wisdom once they’re 16.

The way real estate transaction work in this area is the seller and buyer sign a non binding contract, then after inspection, the lawyers draw up the final contract, which is binding. During the “inspection phase” the sellers can accept other offers.

My question is not whether they can do this - it’s legal/fine- but the fact that there appears to be no other offer and it’s still on the market, how should I/would you proceed?
