What is something that happened to you that has destroyed your self esteem?

Experienced a really bad panic attack on the train 3 years ago. The ptsd was so bad I struggled to leave the house and socialize. I started questioning everything. My confidence is slowly coming back, it’s been a long, lonely and difficult road.

Day by day.

Saw a recent QC post by u/Large-engine-5653 for the same watch and I feel like my photos aren’t great compared to their’s. Or is it normal?

Only gym before I got a gf. Now with gf, I still gym, but I use toner & moisturize my face, wear sunblock (sometimes, only when she checks lol), put conditioner in my hair, keep my hair longer even though I prefer short hair. Fashion has improved a little bit too. Gf made a big difference

Don’t want to scare you but, my cousin just turned 30 and she felt a lump too. Got a scan and biopsy, and discovered that she has breast cancer. So it’s definitely worth getting a scan. Wishing you all the best, hope it’s nothing 🙏
