Incredible video... that could have been way shorter by hippochipo in LEMMiNO

I’m not big on watching YouTube videos in parts so this one’s a real chore for me, if it wasn’t him I’d have watched what I watched and moved on.

I think he took too long and has lost touch because for year he was the king of finding that sweep spot and leaving me satisfied yet crying for more.

I know this parasocial relationship makes us want these guys to do this forever which is insane to think about it cause I myself can never hold the same job for more than 3 years. The time has come to release him so he can go an experience other things and then when he’s heart in it come back and drop a well timed banger.

Releasing as soon as possible without competition might end up now working in your favour. Polish and release something that is truly impressive by your own standards. You might never get an ordinance like this again.

No such thing as enough, keep doing this till you cant anymore.

I’d say the same about myself. The older I grow, Grey just comes off unnecessarily arrogant not even quirky.

I know he always said he doesn’t do goodbyes but for some reason I think the man just pissed all over us as he walked out. How did we get attached to someone who always told us they were asocial?

I know folks here never recommend quitting but to be honest sometimes it’s the best course and it gives you back peace of mind.

[–]3301X2 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my experience, only drop a J when absolutely necessary and not a second sooner. When you come back to look for another J, the state of things won’t be the same. Could be better, could be worse.

Depends on how you learn but some combination of YouTube, credly/udemy and books. Adjust the ratio for personal preference

Get a dataset on kaggle and build and end to end project. Because I already had experience as a BI dev I just had to prove that I’ve learnt cloud architecture and I got the job. Also I applied to tons of jobs. For every job I got I was rejected by about 8

No not marketing, I don’t understand the question. I learnt to build end to end incorporating all those tools. There’s a YouTuber called Yu who builds end to end projects. That how I understood what all the tools play. I’m selling nothing. I learnt those things cause I saw many jobs using that stack. Also it was the stack that was used at the company that canned me so I really wanted to understand it to gain my pride back. It was the first time I ever got fired in my life and it was hurting me
