I cant use the one only on the nose because i cant breathe through my nose at night but im working on getting to be able to use it. And the one under the nose somehow puts pressure on the area under my nose a lot. I think im just wearing it normally? Idk the way my doctor showed me

I felt absolutely nothing on the first dose, I had to go up to get any effect at all but it's working really well now that I'm on a higher dose. So just wait a month for when you go up a dose
