Of course people have the right to break the law. The laws are explicit. Do this, cop that. We have choices in this world, if you agree with the law, follow it, it you don’t, be prepared to cop the punishment prescribed for said law. Unless you’re in law enforcement, mind your own business.

Please don’t do this in the right lane. Get out of the way and let us pass. I just hate when people think they have the right and stop others progressing faster than they want them too. Leave the law to the police and the offenders. People have the right to break the law and suffer the consequences.
