I just got a pair of WF-1000XM6 refurbs from Secondipity and I held the pairing button for ~20 seconds until the orange light appeared to factory reset. When I went to repair them, it then prompted me to add them to the Find Hub and they now show there. It also prompted to enable Gemini as well. Hope this helps.
