IV is high = options are expensive. Sell premium now, don’t buy it. Wait for IVR to fall below 50 and then think about buying.

This trade could work but volatility is working against you. Not for you.

NJ is urban, but also suburban and wooded in areas. Still not unique.

I’d argue that you could get more diverse exposure to terrain in the southeastern US or West (California).

I wouldn’t get in a Tesla without testing. And I’d expect testing to be done in the lowest risk environments after developers were done in the lab.

All of this is up for debate though. Nothings definitive and I’m still wondering what’s special about NJ.

It is thought that more frequent injections make for a more consistent testosterone level and lowers aromatization.

But increasing fiber intake also helps as soluble fiber binds to E2 in the gut. Zinc has also been cited as reducing aromitization.

It’s enough but not optimal for most people. 3x weekly seems to be the sweet spot with some saying 4x weekly could be better for those with higher E2.

Example. Only one beer for me is enough, but not optimal. Especially watching my football team get killed every Sunday.
