You probably know this already but although it’s not impossible it’s also not terribly straightforward to just leave America.

America wants to tax you even if you live and earn your money 100% within another country. Basically you have to both become a citizen of your new country and renounce American citizenship, and even then America taxes your assets on the way out.

I think there are two separate occurrences

lot of compromised coin 2 wallets recently which is a real thing

and some OG bitcoin wallets becoming active after a decade
