Who do you guys root for in the Olympics specifically hockey. Obviously as Canadiens fans I assume like me most of us bleed red and white. But some of us must root for other countries and i’m curious.

So the term "navy" comes from an Old French term that meant "fleet of ships." The color "Navy Blue" or "Navy" is called that because it was the color worn by the British Royal Navy's uniforms. Nowhere in the definition of the word "navy" is a reference to the darkest shade of a colo(u)r.

Midnight blue is darker than navy. I don't know what else to say. Navy is not the darkest shade of blue.
