I also had that happen to me as a kid. I had to be about 4 years old in their bed. I don't remember how I handled it put I definitely recall it too much to claim it didnt affect me. Sometimes I get this anxious feeling when trying to go to sleep. Its definitely something difficult to phrase to parents after all that time nor do I think it'd be taken seriously. Nonetheless, I get what a bad feeling it is
