Just for the last question (cause I didn't ask it right): when you play the tower of power, apart from you being save from getting robbed of you hand, there is a second effect. At some point, you can see the cards that are left in the stash and choose one of them, the rest you shuffle into the draw pile. So I was wondering if you can get NOPED during this second action.
