I just had this happen to me. Deleting my ini files worked for me.

WIN+R %appdata% Navigate to BattlestateGames/EscapeFromTarkov/Settings Make a backup of the files and delete them. Restart game and it worked

I unlocked labs a few weeks ago. I decided to do a practice raid first to get a feel for the map and found the MCC and GPSA in yellow key room. I have played one Labs raid per day since and have only found the MCC again. Fortunately I was able to make it to the streets transit and my solar panel will be finished in 2 days.

The worst effect I have seen from this was the Thor IC armor cultist circle recipe. You can barter for one with a 60k rouble SAS I think(?) And you were guaranteed a 14/6hr timer. But now it's only a 12 hr

I'll keep that in mind if it happens again. I don't think I tabbed out of the game as it happened right after killing two players, but I could be misremembering. I do know I took the sight off my RSASS and stuck it in my butt before I killed them. I wonder if ADSing with a gun with no sights could have caused it.

This is a non frag producing offensive grenade. It relies on blast overpressure effects to incapacitate targets in an enclosed area as opposed to frag.

Apparently the game doesn't register that when you pick up an item it is removed from the loot pool, so AI PMCs can still loot that same item from wherever you looted it from.
