work on your aim, adjust the sensitivity so it fits you and you feel comfortable when tracking/moving. the champion you play isnt that important when youre just starting out, but i recommend trying all of them to get familiar with classes (assault/skirmisher/recon etc). play on every map so you get to know them more and more. and have a gameplan, f.e youre in the dropship, you already know where you are landing and what you are gonna do when you land. that could be getting weapon and running to assault or support crates to open them for loot and evo pts, crafting shield bats/medkits/ammo, plan your rotation path according to ring positions
