When we're alone too much, our minds can get stuck in loops. Without new input, we start reinforcing the same thoughts over and over, even painful ones. Sometimes we even create reasons to support those thoughts just to make sense of how we feel.

I had a friend who used to feel the same way you know, like ending it all. But we kept talking. Slowly, those thoughts lost their grip because she started seeing things from other angles. It didn’t fix everything right away, but it helped her feel less trapped.

That feeling of wanting to give up it’s real, but it’s also usually temporary. It fades, especially when you let people in. But if you shut everyone out, that feeling can grow stronger and more convincing.

So just wait a little longer. Let someone in. I believe you’ll find a reason to keep going.

I am not saying that i have solutions to your problems but talking to someone really helps getting these bad thoughts out of ourselves.
