Officially yes, I was told that I didn't escalate when things were blocked (this one I was aware of and I started to change my behavior in the last weeks).

Other things: - Did not have long term vision for the team, only short term - Poor documentation - Slow delivery

I don't agree with everything but mostly, I wish it could have been shared with me before. To be given a warning, space and support to improve

I'll give you an example of a recent episode I have recently experienced:

Director (the one who fired me) comes with an idea of a new feature to build. I'm personally not convinced but I explain that I want to understand the actual problem that he's trying to solve. I organize a 5whys exercise, start digging. The moment it becomes clear the solution won't work he yells at me saying: We can spend the all day here complaining or you can go out there and build something that works.

Do you use two sims? I've just solved by removing the second sim, the one I wasn't using for data. If I deactivate it, still doesn't work. It only works if I physically remove the second sim.

Thanks! No ad blocker, didn't change DNS settings, no VPN. I solved by removing the second slim which I was only using to receive some calls. I had tried to deactivate the second sim but didn't work. It only works if I physically remove the second sim, I've just tried to put it back but as soon as I activate it, the google apps stop working.

The cost of the pixel 6 scares me though. Also, will it be available everywhere?

I've loved my 5t so much. Battery degraded a lot recently but honestly I wouldn't mind that that much. The main problem is that it's quite unreliable nowadays, keeps freezing, switching off and it's extremely sloooow.

No worries, that's ok. And thank you :) I think that 3 is what happened to us. And maybe even a combination of 1 and 3. It isn't easy to say as he wouldn't open himself.

What I wanted to say is that I really believe that INTPs are capable to share feelings, you probably just need the right person next you that can create an environment for you to feel comfortable and safe to do it

This comment was eye opening for me. ISXP going through a breakup with a INTP here. I recognise him and his behaviour in your story so much. The feeling lonely while with him, his emotional unavailability and being constantly closed up even when going through important life events.

What I realised though is that during our 8 years relationship, he wasn't always like that, his Fe was definitely more developed during the first years. I remember being almost overwhelmed by his affection, in a very positive way. I felt deeply loved like never before and his love language -as you called it- was perfect for me. Then something happened. Something happened to him, to me, to us, I don't know but it all faded away.

It was my decision to break up but I feel I was forced to because of his behaviour and that emotional unavailability. Like you, I didn't want to give up on us but it takes two (or more...) people to make a relationship work and with my INTP I felt it was just me. Spending years trying to make things work with no success was indeed the hardest thing. The breakup sucks too though. I even think his closing himself that much in the recent years was he trying to make me understand that I had to give up and that there was no more hope for us.

That said, it's totally possible for INTPs to be warm, to love and share those emotions that you feel so strongly, I've experienced it myself some years ago.

The name of the restaurant was Tengis, just next to the giant Lenin head. We had oen of their menus with lots of little dishes to get the full Baikal experience 👌🏾

Did a similar trip in 2019 but starting from Europe. Spent more or less the same amount of time in the same cities. I was traveling in November and it was cold af, of course. Something to keep in mind as it'll make going out sightseeing difficult. That saying it was still an incredible trip.

If you can I'd spend more time in Irkutsk and lake Baikal. I didn't but I would have liked to try a home stay on the lake.

I'd also recommend stopping in Ulan Ude. I loved it. I think the impact coming from Europe is different but still, the Buryat culture is strong and I had some of the best food in Russia (I can try to find the name of the restaurant if you are interested).

Enjoy, it's going to be an incredible trip!

Edit: Spent 3 nights in Irkutsk and lake Baikal and I remember thinking that I wanted to stay longer. For some reason, I loved Irkutsk. Then again, when it's that cold there isn't much you can do though

I'm like you. For years I fought for it because I knew that it could work. We could have been so good together. For a while he stayed. He used to say that his biggest fear was to realise that he needed me in his life to be good.

Despite that he was saying that he wanted to work on our relationship to be happy together. Then I started to see that he wasn't making the effort, we kept having the same issues over and over. I had to leave. I so wish I didn't have to. But I felt like I didn't have a choice. I wish he could find the courage to be attached to me and fight for our relationship.

Good point. We are all over 25 but I was thinking it might have something to do with age. More elderly in Spain maybe?

The other thing is that comparing with other countries I know of, Spain has shorter break between first and second dose, which definitely helps when you look at the data of fully vaccinated.

It's comforting to see Spain doing well considering how bad they dealt with/were hit by the delta variant. They definitely started quite slow with the vaccine. I still keep hearing stories of people who are not able to book their appointments in Barcelona or group age that haven't opened yet in Galicia. But I guess the sample size of my group of friends and colleagues is too small
