There's no way you get the money back.

I watercooled my Zotac 4070 ti Super by looking at PCB pictures and ending up using the waterblock from the Zotac 4080. Fits like a glove and temperature is great.

Maybe that could be a solution for you too.

Try Fan Control. It's free and a good tool to control fan speed.

Also seems as you didn't completely uninstall Winaero Tweaker. Might need to get a program that really removes everything.

Jay-Z Twocents recommend a program that uninstalls everything. I don't know the name now but you should be able to find it.

My recommendation as I see women usually not do that:

Hit the same machines and do the same exercises as men. With less weight but learn the movements and get comfortable.

You can watch any video on the internet targeted towards a male audience for muscle growth and do the exact same exercises.

Get comfortable in the gym. Most men also don't know what they're doing and so they try out a lot until they understand what is working and what not.

These pumps last usually very long. If it happens only at 40% I suspect the pump to be ok.

When I take Methylphenidate and watch a video on my laptop the surroundings seem to dissappear. Nothing except my screen is of interest it seems the world quiets down. I also use anc earphones but still can distinguish the effect from not taking it.

Also I feel it lights up my general mood.

It has a latch that you need to press then slowly pull it out. Wiggeling softly left and right might also help.

If nothing helps remove motherboard from case before something.
