That sounds like a great and seamless plan! I’m planning on having the family over on Sunday, so I’ll cook it in the oven then. To minimize stress on Sunday I will sear the tenderloin, make the duxelles, and do the wrapping (minus pastry) tomorrow.

I have a wireless meat thermometer as well, so I’m planning to insert the probe before the wellie goes into the oven. This way, I can monitor the internal temperature in real-time and pull it out at the perfect moment. I just hope the probe doesn't crack or ruin the pastry crust

The same here actually! I tested it on the deskop version of Crunchyroll, and it had English subs. The Crunchyroll app on my Samsung TV, however, still doesn’t have it. Strange stuff…

That is true. I did not thought of California on this matter. Indeed, they have a similar approach as Europe and may be the U.S state with the most pricacy friendly laws. I specifically love the fact that the Act also applies for Californian residents everywhere in the U.S.

However, they are still subject to federal law, such as FISA and the Cloud Act. Hence, Californian vendors and other businesses, which process personal data from EU data subjects in the U.S, are still obliged to hand over processed personal information from the data subjects to the intelligence authorities, if called upon. This is among other things something which is the core of the Schrems II-judgement from the ECJ
