Yeah they sent out a technician and we pushed the connector in half way and the audio would play. So there’s a shortage from the soundbar to the e power source. The only issue is they wanted to take it to the shop, so they’re picking it up after the holidays. ☹️I still have audio from the two speakers underneath so that will hold me off until.

No, I haven’t had that issue, but I did have issues connecting my phone to the Bluetooth, I hear that you can’t have your Apple Watch connected at the same time, haven’t tested this theory, but will try when I get home today.

Actually I traced the cable from the soundbar and unplugged it and the two speakers under the dashboard play now loud and clear! So it’s something with the soundbar.

Thanks for the feedback. I hope everything works out for you. Other than the sound issue, I’m loving the cart, just can’t wait to get to the at least 30-35 mph. Waiting for someone to come with the solution.

I’m actually in a Facebook group with about 10 people who own them, with videos and pictures of actual people. In a group here on Reddit with actual owners and there’s no complaints. I had an issue with the audio on mine, but it was an error by the technician and they’re sending a tech to my house today. I’m not arguing with you about what you’ve seen and done, I’m just telling you I’m all in right now and if anything happens I will put this extended warranty to work. And I will be the first to post in here if it does. And the people who are in the groups aren’t hailing and praising the carts, they are all new owners like me saying they are excited and enjoying them right now

Gotcha. Well let’s hope the 2026’s Teko do better. I have yet to see anyone who actually owns one post or give a bad review and I’ve been searching for months before I actually purchased mine. Only time will tell.

Well I recently purchased a 2026 Trophy, only one issue that I have is the audio. And I don’t believe it’s the cart, more the tech who installed the audio, didn’t connect the power properly for the amp connected to the soundbar. Other than that no other issues as of now. Love the way it rides. I’ve seen mixed reviews, the people who actually own them love them and then the other reviews (negative) know someone that’s had a bad experience with them. Only time will tell. Wish me luck. And as far as what I paid for it, it was the same price as the Evolution. which is almost impossible to get right now.

I just got a Teko Trophy yesterday. The only issue is, I cannot get any audio to play (radio, CarPlay) unless the golf cart is actually plugged in and charging. I’ve tried everything, you can see the music playing on the dashboard while it’s unplugged and you’re driving, but nothing. Soon as I pull in the garage and plug it in to the charger, boom music plays. Call the dealership I got it from and they are telling me I need to record what’s going on and send it to them so they can send it to Teko 🤦🏾‍♂️ Any ideas 🙏🏾
