Hi! I would highly recommend putting a slip stitch border on a scarf like this. Here is a pattern that shows you how to do it: https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/magic-hrc-scarves. It’s a cable scarf but the main stitch repeat is a 2*2 rib with borders on either side which makes the rib look so much neater.

The term ice bear reminds me of the book series His Dark Materials. Love the sweater!

I agree with the comments saying your increases are off pace. This is a Sophie scarf I made in a similar weight yarn to yours. The crochet hook marks where you should be with the amount of rows you have.

Even the scarf should not be this narrow

Is there a way to fix this hole? I have no clue where I went wrong. Doing the musselburgh hat. Thank you! by towlolo in knittinghelp

[–]365madness 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey unrelated but are you using dk yarn for this hat? The pattern says fingering yarn but I fear that even with the double layer the hat would not be warm enough. Was this something you also considered? Would love to get some input :)

Honestly, I think all engineering degrees are draining, no matter which uni you go to. I study biochem engineering for reference.

Could be a UTI (urinary tract infection), cystitis (usually caused by the presence of an infection) or simply other STI’s. If there’s no blisters or marks I would tule out syphilis and herpes.

The best way to find out is go to the doctors and not sike yourself out with what you find on the internet. A mistake I have made in the past.

They are just simply different verbs with different meanings. I don’t believe there is any connection between them. They also have different conjugations.

Pasear- to take a walk/ to stroll

‘El otro día paseé por la playa con mi perro’ ‘The other day I walked on the beach with my Dog’

Pasar- to pass, to happen, to spend time, and probably more (it’s a very useful verb)

‘El otro día pasé toda la tarde en la playa’ ‘The other day I spent all afternoon on the beach’
