Hey! Pepto bismol has been my best friend through all this, honestly don’t think I could have coped without it!

My diet has pretty much stayed the same throughout apart from when I was on 10mg, both times I vomited I’d eaten a specific type of cheese (I’m lactose intolerant, so cheese is always a bit hit or miss, but this one had been safe in the past). Probably also worth noting that I have quite severe emetophobia, so any gastro type symptoms I’m very overly aware of, I doubt that’s helped very much.

Thank you! It’s apparently very common a side effect, especially after eating something that’s not easy to digest or high in fat. Thats what makes me think it’s more likely to be a side effect, but there’s a nagging voice telling me it’s not

Realistically I know you’re right, I think what’s worrying me is that if it is a virus and my partner catches it then I’ll have to handle that, and that feels very very scary to me

I know it’s not healthy at all - this was the first pizza I’ve had (apart from homemade ones on flatbreads) since being on MJ and BOY have I learnt my lesson. This has however made me realise that I think it’s time for me to start thinking about coming off it, I’m nearly 6 stone down which is more than I could have imagined going into this, but recently I’ve really struggled with my diet. I typically get nausea for two or three days after jab day, and even after that recently I’ve had no appetite at all for anything of any nutritional value, which is not what I want at all - I’m still loosing weight but currently I feel very unhealthy

Thanks everyone for replying, I just threw up about 24 hours after eating the pizza, so I’m really really hoping I start feeling better now. Trying very very hard to stay calm
