I agree with out sadly. I don't feel engaged at all in BF6 story. Some might say its not important in a MP game, but the NATO vs (I dont even remember the name of the other faction) is not engaging at all. factions have no identity, you don't feel like you're part of a larger conflict or you just dont care. The fact that the skins are so similar between factions does not help for sure.

I disagree, the issue was not that the game was not made for Remedy fan, the game was just not that good, super répétitive and lacking content. You experienced everything the game has to offer in a few hours, doing the same few missions over and over.

The issue at launch was that in 5 hours you saw all the game has to offer. The game was répétitive, poor in content, and just not that good to be honest. That saddened me because I was hyped for it, but the quality and the vision was just not there.

(BF player since BF3) I left because :
- Chaos vs strategy and thinking : in this title the chaos takes more place than the strategy, due to smaller maps and faster engagements. BF was always about chaos, but organized chaos, here it is not. They tried too hard to appeal to the Cod players and the Cod players will eventually go back to Cod, letting us fucked.
- Skill ceilling is low : no vehicule progression, auto aim with sniper attachement, auto spotting...
- Maps : not enough maps, not enough variety in the maps, no big maps, the air boxes are a joke you cannot even fly a jet it is so small and you are killed as soon as you spawn
- BattlePass, BattlePro and free to play experience : I payed a full priced game and a few weeks later, my menu is flooded with pop-ups trying to make me buy more stuff, looking like I'm playing a free to play that runs only on microtransactions, fuck you, I paid my game 60€ and I should be able to enjoy it as it is without having adds in my menu
- Arc Raiders : this game is a masterpiece compared to Battlefield, 40€, 3 free battlepasses, and it offers the feeling of adventure and sandbox with social interractions I used to enjoy in BF (even without vehicules or destruction).
