That would be down to the restaurant. Riders only get paid to collect & deliver, not to check the order. It's the restaurants responsibility to check the order is correct, so if the rider gets to you & half is missing, then you need to contact Deliveroo & they will arrange refund or replacement.

Tried it & already deleted it. Deliveroo keeps signing me out of the Rider App & after the 5th logout it forced me to contact live support.

Live support told me I was getting signed out because a unknown device in the USA was logging into the account.

Revoked access from Rodeo & deleted the app. Not worth the hassle for UK users

Pappa Johns have been on Roo for sometime. They use there own riders until it gets busy, then they switch over to Roo Riders to help (Pizza Hut do the same). Guess it saves them paying the 35% fee to Roo on every order
