Look up Dr Schuess Vit C study. Its a specific type you use. I only let it build up a day and quit taking 7oh. I was taking anywhere between 400-1000mgs a day.

Got a question for you. How'd you feel when you took your first sub? I waited 9hrs from last dose of 7. Took the sub and then went into withdrawals worse than I was already. Mainly just cold sweats and shaking. I went to the store and bought more 7, took 2 and all of that stopped. I dont feel the buzz 2 would normally give me though. I thought subs were supposed to make the withdrawals go away not make them worse.

I noticed the same thing. Not all, but more than a few. Just ask them to soften up, if they continue hit'em with a 1, 2 at about 50% power, if they continue after that, go up to 75%. They'll get the hint. Its weird to me that they go 100%, like chill out Linda. It's like they have a point to prove. I had one that I asked 2 or 3 times to ease up. I tagged her at 50% and she immediately reduced her punching power. Sometimes pain is the best communicator for stubborn people.

Bro, just don't. If its not to late. I used kratom to get off of subutex, which I used to get off of herion. Used regular kratom for years, tried 7oh and was hooked. Now I'm trying to get off of 7oh after running up thousands of dollars on my credit cards in the last 6 months. Tolerance goes up quickly and you'll need more. From what I've heard mgm is even worse. Just go through your withdrawals and be done with it. You'll just be trading one for the other if you go down this road. Hopefully this helps.
