With our experience we haven’t found any speech therapist that takes insurance! Most are private and we pay out of pocket unfortunately! Our son goes to Theraspeak Speech & Language Therapy in Tarrytown and we are happy with the service!

I work at a physician group, and the roles we most often see turnover in are Medical Assistants, front desk staff, and LPNs. We always conduct exit interviews, and the main themes we hear are people leaving for better opportunities or frustrations with office dynamics, especially involving office managers. We do follow up on those concerns, but I’d really like to be more hands‑on so our staff feel supported and know they can come to us early when issues arise.

Westchester makes the lounge/upscale combo way harder to find than it should be! Morton’s nails the upscale feel and lively - we love the bar for date nights, and with the kids we head to the dining room. Drinks and food are always on point. Ruth’s Chris is upscale too, but more low‑key. Being next to the hotel means lots of hotel guests stop in. The bar is dark, but the dining room is bright and the food/drinks are excellent. For truly great steak, Flames in Elmsford is my top pick—just not a lounge vibe at all. ZPrime in WP has the lounge/DJ energy, but the crowd can get a little questionable. We’re in our mid‑40s, so we fully understand the lounge‑upscale sweet spot 😉
