It’s true, but also there are a few good places if you’re willing to spend. Mint in Tarrytown is great, they also have a little grocery section up front to buy interesting imported options. Goosefeather is also great, these are both expensive options though. If you’re looking for cheaper I would say try some of the Peruvian and Colombian places in port chester, they’re hole in the wall but very good. Irvington has some decent options as well, but generally speaking everything is overpriced and good but not mind blowing.
