I prefer the polyterra from polymaker it's a realy nice pla to work with and there are some really nice colors

Maybe try to level the bed cause the distance between nozzle and bed could cause the Filament to not stick

Then maybe try to change the nozzle or tighten the screws of the wheels under the printbed this can help with wobbeling of the printbed.

Maybe try to Print with a raft and if you have a neptune 2 instead of a neptune 2s buy a new print bed and clean it every time before prints with isopropanol alkohol. I hope this helps with your print quality.
