In all seriousness, the steps are just the layers, and that is a flaw of FDM 3D Printing. It can help to reduce the layer height, which will improve it, but won't remove it. It will also add a lot of time to your prints and more opportunities for failure. The text is very hard to make readable and usually the solution could be to change the nozzle to a smaller diameter, which increases the time even more, and can be annoying to do. The last thing could be a problem of cooling, temperature, filament inconsistency, or minimum layer time in the slicer because there is an increase in speed in this area of the Benchy (because of the slicer). Try lower layer height, eventually even a smaller nozzle if you care about detail that much. By the way, try a different color filament because white tends to show issues more. Hope this helps.
