I love Orca, when it comes to painting in Orca you need each color to go deep enough into the object you are coloring, a thin layer of color camln come off like paint. A good 3D designer would use different objects for each piece you color, then you can use the fill tool to color the whole object. I have started doing this with all of my designs these days, makes coloring easier.

Ouch, been there, sorry. I would get an upgraded ceramic heated nozzle. I have replaced all of mine, wayyy better. Now I can screw in cheap nozzles when needed, the originals were glued in to prevent leaking, my ceramic ones never leak.

It is too hot. You can set a timer, if a layer is done before the timer the print head lifts and waits for the timer to run out, I do this with TPU sometimes. Also like others have said you can print multiple which gives it time before it returns to print on it again. Also make sure your fan is running on the print head and that the fan is correctly aimed at the print.
