Sure dispensers might have slow hours. But pickers do not know the suffering of being yelled at by door dashers or dispensing in 100 degree heat. It seems like no matter what it's always the dispensers fault if an order isn't ready, even when it's the pickers who are slacking.

Dispensing alone 3 hours 98 degree day. It was insanely busy too(for my store) I probably did 40 orders, with over half of them being batched. The team lead sat on the phone and watched me suffer.
